Hi, I'm Silvia

Remote Career Coach.
Founder of the Work From Her™ Movement.
I led an AI project at Amazon that was featured in The Wall Street Journal.

If you’ve ever worked your heart out and still felt invisible…
If you've stared at a full inbox and an empty tank of energy…
If you've ever whispered, "I can't keep doing this," after yet another Zoom call…

I see you.

Because I was you.

For years, I thought I was doing everything right

I climbed the corporate ladder, leading high-stakes projects and helping launch cutting-edge tech. I received an award from a VP and the project I led was featured in Wall Street Journal.

On paper, I was thriving.

But behind the scenes?

I was drowning in “urgents.” Saying yes when I meant no. Working late to prove myself. Smiling in meetings while silently battling migraines and mounting exhaustion.

And every time someone praised my work, I felt a strange mix of pride and panic — because the cost of that praise was sleepless nights, skipped meals, and a growing sense that I was disappearing inside my own career.

I wasn’t working from my power. I was working from my fear of not being enough.

The moment I knew something had to change?

It was 10 PM on a Friday. My manager sent me an “urgent” report. I stayed up until midnight — again — rewriting something that wasn’t mine to fix. As I hit send, I realized: I’m not living. I’m performing.

That’s when I knew: This isn’t sustainable.

I didn’t need a new job

I needed a new way to work.

After that Friday night, I didn’t quit or run.
I got curious.

I started asking:
What if success didn’t require self-sacrifice?
What if I could lead with energy, not exhaustion?
What if I stopped proving myself — and started protecting myself?

As I experimented, I uncovered something unexpected.

When I honored my energy, I had more clarity.
When I created boundaries, my influence grew.
When I slowed down, my results got better.

Burnout wasn’t a personal failure.
It was a professional warning sign — telling me I’d outgrown the old rules.

So I created new ones.

That’s how the Work From Her™ Method was born.

A way of working that’s not rooted in hustle or hyper-vigilance — but in power, peace, and purpose.

The Work From Her™ Method

I didn’t want to just bounce back from burnout.

I wanted a better way to work — one that felt powerful, peaceful, and purposeful.

So I created it.

The Work From Her™ Method is the foundation of everything I teach inside Corporate Success Lounge. It’s built for ambitious remote women who are tired of the hustle—but not their goals.

The Work From Her™ Method helps you rebuild your career from the inside out—starting with these three pillars:

💼 Work From Her Power

Boundaries, systems, and strategy that protect your time.

So you stop people-pleasing and start protecting your time.

🌿Work From Her Peace

Nervous system regulation and energy support for high achievers.

So you don’t crash after every launch, deadline, or sprint.

✨Work From Her Purpose

Tools to reconnect to your voice and finally be seen for your work.

So you feel seen—not just for how hard you work, but for who you are.

You don’t need a career pivot.

You need a career strategy rooted in who you are.

That’s the difference between staying stuck… and rising on your terms.

You don’t need to change who you are.
You just need to change the way you work.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re too sensitive, too emotional, too slow, or too much for the corporate world…
Let me say it clearly: You’re not too much. You’re just in an environment that asks you to be less.

But your energy, your ideas, your intuition—they were never meant to be buried under hustle culture.

They’re meant to lead.

The Work From Her™ Movement was created for women like you:
Women who are tired of shrinking, over-functioning, and being invisible in their own careers.

You don’t need to quit your job. You don’t need a drastic career pivot.
You just need the tools, space, and support to work from your power, peace, and purpose.

And that starts right here.

Discover what’s draining your energy—and how to reset it in minutes.

Work From Her: The Manifesto

We were raised to believe hard work speaks for itself.
To be humble, grateful, and good girls who follow the rules.

We showed up early. Stayed late.
Answered Slack pings at 9 PM. Smiled through the burnout.
And what did we get?

Passed over.
Talked over.
Burned out.
Invisible.

We did everything “right”—and still ended up exhausted, under-recognized, and unsure how to move forward.

Enough.

We are not here to hustle harder just to be seen.
We are not building careers based on burnout.
We’re rewriting the rules.

✨ We are women who work from alignment, not obligation.
✨ We set boundaries like we set goals—with clarity and confidence.
✨ We lead from behind the screen—and still get the promotion.
✨ We choose success without sacrifice.

We are not just working from home.
We Work From Her—her power, her peace, her purpose.

This is not just a new way to work.
It’s a new way to be seen.
To be paid.
To be respected.
To rise.

We’re not burned out like the rest of them.
And we’re just getting started.

Join the movement.
Create the career you were always meant to have.
